NWCT is very excited to welcome Anahi Santiago, Chief Information Security Officer at Christiana Care Health System, as our special guest and speaker at the NWCT Annual IT Woman Executive DinnerCome listen to Anahi's unique personal and professional journey into leadership. Anahi Santiago is the Chief Information Security Officer at Christiana Care Health System, one of the country’s largest health care providers headquartered in Wilmington, DE. She provides strategic direction and oversight to a comprehensive Information Security program. Anahi leads a high performing, highly visible, and credible organization that serves as a consultant to senior leadership, all workforce members, and business associates. She oversees policy development, standards and controls implementation, training and awareness, regular risk assessment and mitigation as well as partnerships with internal and external auditors. She is an active contributor to proposed state and federal regulations that govern privacy and information security as well as a contributor to related industry guidance. Anahi holds both a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering and an Executive MBA from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.

 Change Management: The People Side of Implementing Technology

On Tuesday March 15, NWCT hosted a seminar on Change Management.  Chanage Management consultants Patricia Bonney, Principal and Owner, The Bonney Ziegler Group and Laura Oliver, Senior Consultant, The Bonney Ziegler Group presented ways to apply change management principles to any-size technology project and to use these methodologies to transition people from a current state to the desired future state

NWCT Members and Guests at the end of the program learned how to ensure the people impact of any technology implementation is appropriately identified, planned and supported to increase the return on investment.
