7 Principles of Neuroscience for

Career Success

NWCT is very excited to invite Dr. Nataliya Adelson, Organizational Psychologist and Executive Coach, to speak about the practical applications of Neuroscience for career and professional success. Join us and learn how various brain-related processes (including subconscious processes) impact workplace communication, decision-making, and interpersonal and team dynamics.  Learn about the neuroscientific basis of gender-specific communication, and listen to strategies that will enable you to become a better communicator and advocate for yourself and for your peers. Lastly, you will learn practical tools that will help you become a more influential leader to achieve career and professional success.

At the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Understand how to counteract the effects of unconscious bias
  • Understand gender-specific signals and ways to enhance communication
  • Develop influence through re-programming your brain

A three course meal will also be provided.
