Follow the career paths taken by two female information technology (IT) executives at the Network of Women in Computer Technology’s annual Female Executive Roundtable discussion. This year’s event includes two highly successful female executives with unique and varied career choices that have landed them in leadership positions at numerous organizations throughout the Delaware Valley. The panelists include Eileen Fox, director of the Corporate IT department at Day & Zimmerman, and Susan Milstein, division director of Bayada Nurses.
The women will share insights into their career choices, as well as reflections on what worked, what did not work and recommendations based on their experiences for challenging career growth. The discussion will include topics such as life choices that may challenge an attendee to consider a stint in an operational area in order to round out her skill set and lessons learned in starting up a business and how that may pave the way towards executive positions in a large company. This event will feature time for a question-and-answer session with the speakers.
