NWCT sponsors a mentoring
roundtable every month to provide a friendly forum where members can
discuss setting and managing career goals. In this supportive
environment, the group shares experiences and techniques for career
advancement and work/life balance. Our members have a wealth of
information.
Mentors are experienced facilitators and/or more
experienced IT professionals who share their insights, identify
obstacles to success, and suggest steps to overcome them.
