PRESIDENT'S LETTER |
| February 2007
Spring is a season for growth. So get ready to do some yourself! In addition to NWCT’s Annual Seminar, which takes place on March 17th this year, we’ve also been told about an Open Source conference that will take place on March 28th to 29th. The Annual Saturday Seminar will start off with a special keynote talk about leadership. You can follow that up with three sessions of your choice, network during lunch, and join in the workshop on passion and work at the end of the day. Look for the brochure in your mailbox or check the NWCT web at www.NWCT-Phila.org today! If you are interested in how this program is developed and would like to help (and put your networking skills to good use), please join us. You can get in touch with us via email or use your NWCT directory. There will also be a conference on emerging technology and Open Source programs, at Drexel University on March 28 - 29th. It includes a management track on how to leverage/manage open source technologies. For more information about the conference, check out www.phillyemergingtech.com For our upcoming events, please make sure you register in advance. In addition to being able to pay by credit card, you can also let us know if you have any special food needs. If possible, we will try to accommodate these needs. Please let us know in advance so that arrangements can be made. The February meeting drew a large crowd for a great talk on Women Redefining Leadership. We hope to see many of you at the Annual Seminar as well. Looking forward to seeing everyone in March…
