The Executive Dinner with a panel is an opportunity to engage with leaders in an informal setting over dinner and spark a discussion based on a panel conversation of the two PGW Vice Presidents as NWCT panelists. The discussion is the perfect way to learn about different paths to success.
Lorraine Webb is a human resources and organization development executive with significant experience in the energy and utility markets.Currently, Ms. Webb is Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development for the Philadelphia Gas Worksresponsible for all human resources and organizational development functions including compensation, benefits, recruiting, talent management, wellness, EEO, EAP, HRIS systems, learning and development. She is a board member of College Settlement and Summer Camps and is active in her parish’s Community Engagement Committee.
Eloise N. Young was named Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Information Services after serving as the Chief Information Officer of the Philadelphia Gas Works for several years. With this promotion, her responsibilities expanded to include strategic planning, business process optimization, and enterprise program management.
Eloise became an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner in January 2018. A native Philadelphian, Eloise is a Citizens Planning Institute graduate who loves her city and enjoys doing volunteer work for area community groups.
The discussion will be moderated by Mike Baker, Director of Learning and Development, Comcast University.
Mike has been developing high technology training programs at Comcast for the last fourteen years. Most recently he has been responsible for the artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) training programs. In addition to his work with Comcast, Mike has been involved with Toastmasters. He is a charter member and the current President of his local club, Xfinity Communicators.
